An API Key allows you to authenticate your platform user and acts as a unique identifier rather than using usernames and passwords. API Keys can also be used in 11. Subject7 JIRA Plugin (Beta) and 12. Subject7 Jenkins Plugin

  1. To generate an API Key, hover over your username on the top right side of the platform and click Manage API Key

     

     

2. The API Key Management window will appear. Click + Generate to generate a new API Key

3. Once the API Key is generated, you can click Copy icon to copy it.

4. If you would like to revoke the API Key, you can click the Trash icon and if you would like to generate a new API Key, you can click Refresh icon.
