Notifications

Notifications feature on the top right side of the platform shows notifications when any of the below actions is performed:

1. When the execution of a test case in cloud run completes

2. When a user modifies an asset that belongs to another user, the owner will be notified

3. When a user executes a test case that belongs to another user, the owner will be notified

4. When a user is granted access to a project or access is revoked

5. When an admin changes ownership of a test case

6. When a user gets ownership of a test case from someone else

7. When a dataset combination in an execution set is modified

Additional Information

1. To mark an individual notification as read, you can either click on the eye icon or click on the line in black to mark it as read. If you would like to mark all notifications as read, you can click Mark all as Read or if you would like to only show unread notifications, enable the checkbox shown below.

2. The blue links allow you to navigate to the particular entity related to the notification. If it’s a cloud execution such as the first link in the image above, you would see the execution results for the test case (subject7_website_login_logout).

3. If the notification shows a link related to a project being added, a popup will be shown that allows you to switch to the new project.

4. If the notification shows a link related to test case modification, you will be directed to the test case itself.

5. If the notification shows a link related to an execution set or load test modification, you will be directed to the execution set or load test edit screen.

6. If the notification shows a link related to dataset combination modification, you will be directed to the execution set edit screen.
