Create a DB Connection

In order to define a new DB Connection, follow the steps below:

1. Click + Add while on DB Connections tab. You can select Folder to create a folder to organize your DB Connections. To create a DB connection, select Connection.

2.  This will open up the New DB Connection tab as follows:
   
   

   Open

   

    

   Specify a name, a username, a password, a host, a vendor and comments for your DB Connections. The following vendors are supported:

   1. AS400

   2. DB2

   3. Informix

   4. MsSQL

   5. My_SQL

   6. Oracle

   7. Postgres

   8. SAP Hana

   9. Teradata

3. The URL and port can be added/modified in the Advanced section.

4. Hit Save & Close to save your DB Connections.
