Lock/Unlock a DB Connection

In order to lock/unlock a DB connection, click on the name of that DB connection and then click on Lock/Unlock as needed. If a DB connection is locked, no other user can modify it unless that user is the owner of it. However, if a DB connection is unlocked, any user can modify it. Only the owner of the DB connection can lock/unlock it.
