You can select the checkbox to the left of a Folder and click the Test Cases Chart link to display a chart of the breakdown of automated vs. manual test cases.
This will display a pie chart showing the number of automated and manual test cases as a percentage and also in numbers of individual test cases. The example below shows 1 manual test case (5.9%) vs 16 automated cases (94.1%).
