To lock/unlock a Data Set, click the checkbox next to the Data Set and click Lock/Unlock as needed.

Tip

The State column on the Data Set page will show you who locked the data set to make it easy for coordination. On the above image, the data set has been locked by the user. 

Tip

Admin users can unlock any data sets belonging to other users.
