Admins have the ability to filter throughout their account using ‘Project’ parameter. This allows them to find assets belonging to other project in whichever project they are currently residing in.
For non-admin users, project filters are hidden for test cases, execution sets, load plans and execution results. The filters for artifacts are visible but users can select default and/or current project.
The following example demonstrates this in Test Library:
1- Click Add Filter +
2- Select Project and choose the project(s) you would like to search through.
3- As highlighted below, notice that the result displays a folder from project ‘test’ while the active project is ‘default’.
