Admins have the ability to filter throughout their account using ‘Project’ ‘Project (Version)’ parameter. This allows them to find assets belonging to other project projects in whichever project they are currently residing in.
For non-admin users, project filters are hidden for test cases, execution sets, load plans and execution results. The filters for artifacts are visible available but users can only select default and/or current projectCommon or projects that they are added to by the admin(s).
The following example demonstrates this in Test Library:
1- Click Add Filter +dropdown list
