You can select the checkbox to the left of a Folder and select Cut 
and then navigate to the folder where you would like to paste this folder and select Paste
Tip
The Paste option will not appear until a folder is cut. After you cut a folder, navigate to the new location and you will find that the Paste option has appeared for you to use.
