Admins have the ability to filter throughout their account using ‘Project’ parameter. This allows them to find assets belonging to other project in whichever project they are currently residing in.

For non-admin users, project filters are hidden for test cases, execution sets, load plans and execution results. The filters for artifacts are visible but users can select Common and/or current project.

The following example demonstrates this in Test Library:

1- Click Add Filter +

2- Select Project and choose the project(s) you would like to search through.

3- As highlighted below, notice that the result displays a folder from project ‘test’ while the active project is ‘Common’.

Project filters on some report tabs (Usage Metrics, Cross Browser Report, Stability Report, Automation Errors Impact, Automation Percentage, Suite summary report, Aggregation Report, Test Case Aggregation Report) are displayed as a select box. Users can select current or Common projects. The following is an example from Usage Metrics:
