In order to lock a SOAP Connection, click on the name of that SOAP Connection and then click on Lock. If a SOAP Connection is locked, no other user can modify it unless that user is the owner of it. Only the owner of the SOAP Connection can perform this operation.
Tip
The State column on the SOAP Connections page will show you who locked the SOAP Connection to make it easy for coordination.
