In order to edit a Folder, click on checkbox to the left of a Folder and select Edit.
This will open up the Folder tab with the existing information of the Test Library populated. You can then edit and save your changes.
Editing a folder is disabled because the only edit for folders is to rename them. You can click on the checkbox next to the folder and select Rename option.
