The Subject7 local player logs can be used to debug and troubleshoot your local player and test cases in the event something unexpected happens. You can access them as below:

1- Right click on Subject7 Local Player in your task bar, hover over Diagnose and Feedback and click Logs.

2- You will be presented with the Logs screen where you can view and copy the logs you need.

3- The Logs screen has many different levels as you can see below:

Log Levels Description

A- ERROR: Shows errors encountered during execution.

B- WARN: Shows various notifications while executing, such as “closing the browser”, etc.

C- INFO: Shows information pertaining to actions taken in execution, such as “find locator”, “locate frame”, etc.

D- DEBUG: Shows diagnostic information in addition to all of ERROR, WARN and INFO logs.

E- TRACE: Shows every possible detail for diagnosis in addition to all the previous levels.

4- The logs screen gets updated after a test case is executed, so  before running your test case, select the level of your choosing and then start your test case. You will notice that it gets updated step by step as the test case executes. For sufficient details that can assist Subject7 Support in troubleshooting, please select either DEBUG or TRACE.

5- You can copy the logs using the Copy button and you can clear the logs using the Clear button highlighted below.
